Temperament, health, quality guaranteed. Years of careful breeding for
sound temperament and correct conformation equal stability, adaptability,
intelligence and beauty. Shefaro Borzoi excel in the show, obedience,
agility, rally rings and on the couch. I don't course, but you can. Companion homes preferred. NOT FOR BREEDING OR RESALE. Vet reference and contract required. Shipping available. Microchipped, shots, wormed, on heartworm prevention. Vet exam, health cert. only if shipping.
Shefaro has top show quality puppies available to companion homes. Not all pups are still available, but I have them posted to show the quality and consistency at Shefaro. These puppies are raised in a community atmosphere on my little ranch in San Antonio, Texas. They are not kenneled and they are free to be farm dogs first meaning they live a free and happy life. They are trained with love, not shock collars. They easily adapt to other lifestyles because of the stability of temperament I have bred for years. European based bloodlines have insured the continuation of that stable temperament and integrity of my breeding program. My dogs are not at public stud and I don't sell for breeding or resale. I sell without registration as well, as I have no interest in selling to show, performance or breeding homes. Companion homes do not "need" registration. I am a breeder who values temperament first and breeds for overall quality. Temperament is everything and Shefaro Borzoi character is perfect. They live in harmony with children, dogs, cats, goats, horses, birds, etc. Shefaro Borzoi intelligence goes with their beauty as you will see on this web page. Look under "special dogs" and you will see why I prefer companion homes. Shefaro Borzoi are not pet quality, not bred as pets, but companion homes are given preference. AKC ILP registration may be available for performance events, however, I try to limit even that. I prefer that you buy your Shefaro Borzoi as a companion to grace your home and sleep on your couch! I breed for show/performance kids for myself and wonderful companions to share with others. From whelping box, to the pasture, to TV on the couch, Shefaro Borzoi are raised in happy and clean conditions, parasite free, without a care in the world. They go from my home to yours as if they had always lived with you. My web page is a tribute to Shefaro Borzoi. Please enjoy and email if you have any questions. Testimonials speak for themselves. If you don't have the privilege of visiting Shefaro to pick up your pup, shipping is available.

Hi Sherry,
Yes he finally made it after many long delays.
He is beautiful and everthing I hoped for. He slept in my arms all the way home. Our two little dogs were quick to make him feel welcome and at home. He will meet the big girl (shepherd) and the horses later this morning. He whined a little last night but settled in quickly. I put his kennel next to the other dogs and he seemed to like that.
He has an appetite!! He wasn't hungry last night but boy oh boy did he eat this morning. Right now he is sitting down watching me type this and wishes to send a kiss and hello.
I think we will call him "Sundance". I will get some photos later and try to send them to you. We have a big day ahead and lots of adventures although I will make sure we take it easy on him. I think he was a hit with Joe and your suggestion to stay with a baby was right on!
Thank you so much Sherry for sending him to us. He will have a wonderful home here.

Re: Marco
Hi Sherry,
Sorry for the slow response, it is just beautiful here in Salt Lake
so we are out and about enjoying our new pup and the sun.
Marco is just simply the most wonderful thing that has happened to
our family. We have taken him to play and he just loves everyone and
everydog. Our Isabella is even realizing that other people can be
just as nice as us ( she is learning from Marco), she absolutely
loves him. This morning he was playing with another dog (4 month
old) and it got a little rough so he yelped out, and to the rescue
Izzy came over to make sure he was fine. Isabella wants to play so
bad with him, but he is a little wary of her because she comes
barreling at him. There is this great pic where Marco is just
sitting and Isabella is this flash of movement. He is wonderful and
sleeps almost the whole night, every time I take him out I just say
"go potty" and he runs over to go pee. Right now Marco and Izzy are
laying on the bed behind me, and Marco has the hickups (soo cute).
We love him so much. He is the most gentle yet playful thing I have
ever met. Temperment really is everything.

Subject: Sundance
Hi Sherry,
Sundance has been with us just over a month now and he is awesome. Everyone loves him and he is very polite and friendly with all he meets. He went with me to a horse show last week-end and made many new friends including men, women, children, horses and dogs .Unfortunately my camera was broken that day and we only have some very blurred photo's of the event. I placed well up in my class (I stepped up a level in competition) and won a few dollars, Sundance was my good luck charm!
I am impressed with how adaptable and smart he is. He not only exhibits the wonderful Shefero temperment, he also posseses intellegence, growing confidence and a great sense of humor. He has been easy to train and get along with. My husband has really warmed up to him and they are becoming fast friends with Sundance visiting him faithfully each morning in the home office.
Here are a few photo updates. Sundance loves his horses!
Thanks again and take care. Arlene
